What is the Member Portal?


Once you've signed up for an account, you can send and manage your requests through our easy-to-use Member Portal.

Request 365's member portal gives you a private, secure tool to store information on your travel and restaurant preferences, billing information, and more.

What are the different priorities of requests?

High: 15 Minutes Response Time

(Emails Must Include ‘URGENT’ in SUBJECT line or BODY)

Medium: Same Day Hours Response Time (4 – 8 Hours Response)

Low: Next Business Day Response time

Agents will make every effort to handle your request in the specified time period.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We glady accept the following types of credit cards:

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)


How safe is my data?


Request365 is committed to safeguarding your information. All of your information is restricted to our secure data facility. We take pride in ensuring that our customers’ sensitive information is kept private.

If you are not able to complete my request for any reason, do I receive a request credit?

We’ll make every effort to satisfy your request by any means possible. We may suggest an alternate. (ie. a restaurant reservation that isn’t available at a specific time, we’ll attempt to make arrangements with you to suggest another time slot) If we are unsuccessful, it will still count as a request as we cannot be responsible.

Do unused requests roll-over to the next month?

No, all unused requests expire at the end of your billing month.

What are the hours of operations for handling requests?

Requests will be handled between the following hours:

Monday thru Friday: 9AM – 6PM

Saturday thru Sunday: 8AM - 5PM
